Marg and Wayne Wilson just love their Awesome Dude.  Marg and I used to ride our Arabians together when I lived in the Rockwood area.  I had not seen her for some time.  When I phoned to tell her my son Shane was the host on a TV show Full Metal Jousting on the History channel she told me she lost her dog due to old age.  He was not a poodle.Well I didn’t ever think she would have a poodle.  It took her 3 months to decide on Dudie.  She now thanks me for the best gift she has ever received and feels bad about the 3 months she wasted without him.  Marg teaches and her husband Wayne has retired but can’t sit still so he drives a school bus.  When he has a run in the afternoon Dudie goes down the road to visit his 95 yr. grandmother.  Marg says they are both so happy and wondered what they did the first day as he came home so tired!  Thank you Marg , Wayne, Grandma , Daisy and the rest of the family.

John and Ann sent us this picture of Ebony and Angel.  Angel is white and sister to Pearl.They are one year old now.  I love this picture as Ebony is toy size, but Angel looks so small beside Ebony.  Ann says Angel sits, shakes a paw and stays when told.  Angel will go to the door when she wants out.  Angel fetches a ball and if you don’t pay attention to her when she returns she will pull your sock or your pant leg.  Ann says you must have patience when you want to train a dog.  I sold Angel first even though she is 1/2 in smaller than Pearl.   She loves to eat.  Pearl needs something like chicken in her food.  She will then eat everything.  I do hold on to the smaller ones for months as they must be sold to the right family.  John and Ann are just perfect!!

Iliana, Jerry, Obi and Taz.  Well, Iliana and Jerry had a beautiful trip planned to Italy.  Their sitter Grandma and Grandpa were going too so they had to ask me to sit their 2 boys.  Iliana is so worried about her babies as she once lost a poodle on the road.  A friend of hers had it.  Well, at least Jerry talked her into letting them loose for a moment here as we are far off the road and there is lots of space.  They did have fun running here but were they ever happy to see Iliana and Jerry.  My babies are so, so faithful!

You should always try to socialize your poodle when young

Denis sent us pictures of Plato.  It was his birthday and Denis and Martin are so proud of him.  He has totally matured and everyone says he is so handsome.  Must find his Christmas picture from last year.  Thank you Denis for your lovely letter.  Must learn how to put it in my web site.  Plato does travel lots.  Denis was home with him the first year of his life.  I think Martin and I thought it would be lots of work for Denis, but he sure surprised me making Plato such a smart adjusted boy.  Thank you so much.

 

FRAN’S PRETTY GRAND DAUGHTER WITH THEIR ZOEY.  ZOEY SOPHIA IS IN THE BAHAMAS WITH FRAN AND HER HUSBAND.  THEY LIVE ON THEIR BOAT ALL WINTER.  I SURE HOPE THEY ARE SAFE THERE!.

This is Zoey’s sister.  SHE LIVES IN MONTREAL WITH HER NEW MOM SUE.  SUE IS TAKING HER TO OBEDIENCE AND SAYS IT IS A LOT OF WORK.  IT SURE IS AS YOU BRING HOMEWORK HOME.  THANK YOU SO MUCH SUE.  KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.  I’M SURE YOU ARE ENJOYING IT.  HOPE YOUR OLDER BABY IS OK!

Abby’s parents say she is just great.  Actually the smartest, best dog they have owned.

Well, her dad who thought he would never own a poodle loves the way she cuddles.  She is definitely a lap dog.  Abby’s parents say she is very easy going and adaptable.  She is training beautifully.  At 5 months she has learned the following commands; sit, stay, off and is making an excellent attempt at healing.  She is a constant source of enjoyment.  Thank you Annie for your love and care as a breeder.

Martina and her lovely  family.  They lost their family member 7 year old boy Benji  they adopted from us due to a freak accident.  Benji was outside  with his father.  All of a sudden he decided to take off and ran into a car coming by.  He ran into the direction of his daily walk to the park.   I have always said poodles are sometimes too smart .  He obviously knew his father would follow him to the park.  He didn’t really see the car as he was looking back to his owner to follow him.  Unseen they wanted a little white girl we had.  Thank you for trusting me 2nd time around.They did wait a few weeks.

Margaret’s Boys so tired after playing with 2 four year olds all day.  So Cute!

She adopted Mickey who is out of our Blossom and he has helped her and her Ophelia while Ophelia takes  Kemo treatments.  Everyone pray for Ophelia to keep her healthy!

Received this message from Don and Sharon regarding their Abby above   March 10/13 They write:  Thank goodness for Abby.  She is a joy and constant loving and affectionate companion.  Everybody who meets her says she is so cute.  She really is the perfect dog.  She is well socialized with both people and other dogs.  On Wednesdays we volunteer.  Abby goes for a play day at a Kennel.  She plays with all sizes of dogs and has a great time.  Our seven year old granddaughter recently had her birthday party and Abby was invited.  She played with all the little girls.  Abby is such an easy going dog.  She loves car rides and her walks and is very interested in everything around her.  She is very responsive and knows a number of words already.  You did a wonderful job as a breeder.  Thanks again for trusting us with one of your pups.
